BofA Finance plans 13- to 15-month digital notes on metals & mining ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., Feb. 22 – BofA Finance LLC plans to price 0% digital notes with a term of 13 to 15 months linked to the SPDR S&P Metals & Mining exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

If the ETF return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout at maturity will be the threshold settlement amount, $1,090.10 to $1,105.90 per $1,000 principal amount. Otherwise, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the ETF declines beyond 15%.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.

The Cusip number is 09709TDN8.
