New Issue: BofA Finance prices $13.40 million leveraged buffered notes on S&P 500

Morgantown, W.Va., Oct. 19 – BofA Finance LLC priced $13,398,000 of 0% leveraged buffered notes due Aug. 30, 2019 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 150% of any index gain, up to a maximum settlement amount of $1,192.75 per $1,000 of notes.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 10% and will lose 1.1111% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.
