Bank of America plans 14-month Accelerated Return Notes on S&P 500

Chicago, Feb. 21 – BofA Finance LLC plans to price 0% Accelerated Return Notes due April 2018 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Bank of America Corp. will guarantee the notes.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 300% of any index gain, up to a maximum return of 10% to 14%. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the agent.

The notes will price in February and settle in March.
