New Issue: Bank of America prices $25.46 million leveraged return notes on Dow

Chicago, Nov. 4 – Bank of America Corp. priced $25.46 million of 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes due Oct. 30, 2020 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 175% of any index gain.

Investors will be exposed to any losses.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
