Bank of America talks benchmark two-part senior bank notes offer; pricing Friday

Virginia Beach, May 29 – Bank of America Corp. set price talk for a benchmark two-tranche issue of senior bank notes (A1/A/A+) on Friday, according to an informed source.

The sale includes two-year floating-rate notes talked in the Libor plus 50 basis points area and three-year notes in the 90 bps area over Treasuries.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the bookrunner.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

The financial services company based in Charlotte, N.C.
