Bank of America planning three-part sale of notes; pricing Wednesday

Virginia Beach, Jan. 15 - Bank of America Corp. is planning to price a three-part offering of notes on Wednesday, an informed source said.

The sale will include a tap of the company's existing 2.6% notes due 2019, as well as 10-year and 30-year tranches of notes.

The five-year add-on is being whispered at the 95 basis points over Treasuries area.

The 10-year notes are guided at the 140 bps over Treasuries area, and the 30-year paper has initial guidance in the 130 bps over Treasuries area.
