Bank of America planning to sell notes in three maturities Tuesday

New York, March 19 - Bank of America Corp. is planning to price notes (Baa2/A-/A) in three parts during Tuesday's session, a source away from the trade said.

The offering includes a three-year floating-rate note, a five-year note and a 30-year bond.

BofA Merrill Lynch is the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in Charlotte, N.C.
