New York, Oct. 28 - Bank of America Corp. priced $17,594,980 of 0% Strategic Accelerated Redemption Securities due Oct. 31, 2014 tied to a basket of two equally weighted funds, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund and the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund.
If the basket closes at or above the initial level on any of the quarterly observation dates beginning on April 17, 2014, the notes will be called at par plus an annualized premium of 10.23%.
Investors will share in losses.
BofA Merrill Lynch is the underwriter.
