Bank of America repurchases €217.2 million of series 150, 162 notes

Minneapolis, Dec. 29 - Bank of America Corp. repurchased €172.65 million of its series 150 notes and €44.55 million of its series 162 notes on Dec. 23, according to a news release.

The series 150 notes are due March 28, 2018. Following the transaction, €1,577,350,000 of the balance remains outstanding.

The series 162 notes are due Feb. 7, 2017. Following the transaction, €805.45 million of the balance remains outstanding.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
