New Issue: Bank of America prices $5.57 million step-up notes tied to Dow Jones Global Titans 50 index

New York, Nov. 28 - Bank of America Corp. priced $5.57 million of 0% market-linked step-up notes due Nov. 22, 2013 linked to the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 40.75%. Investors will receive will lose 1% for every 1% that the index declines.
