New Issue: Bank of America sells $95.73 million senior InterNotes in six-, nine-year tranches

New York, July 26 - Bank of America Corp. priced $95.73 million of senior unsecured InterNotes on Monday in two tranches, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The $55.28 million of 4% six-year notes priced at par to yield 4%.

A $40.45 million tranche of 4.85% nine-year notes sold at par to yield 4.85%.

Both notes are non-callable.

Joint lead managers were Bank of America Merrill Lynch and InCapital LLC.

Agents were Charles Schwab & Co., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc., UBS Investment Bank and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.

The financial services company is based in Charlotte, N.C.
