Bank of America plans leveraged notes tied to Dow Jones Global Titans 50

Tacoma, Wash., Dec. 22 - Bank of America Corp. plans to price two-year 0% Leveraged Index Return Notes linked to the Dow Jones Global Titans 50 index, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 125% to 140% of any increase in the index level. Investors will be exposed to any index decline.

The exact participation rate will be set at pricing.

The notes are expected to price in January or February.

Merrill Lynch, Pierce, Fenner & Smith Inc. is the underwriter.
