DBRS: BofA unaffected

DBRS commented that its ratings for Bank of America Corp., including its A issuer & senior debt rating are unchanged following the announcement of the company's 3Q10 results.

The trend is stable.

The rating reflects its status as a critically important banking organization in the United States, the agency said, adding that these organizations benefit from DBRS' floor rating of A for bank holding companies and A (high) for banks with short-term ratings of R-1 (middle).
