Bank of America files InterNotes automatic shelf registration

Knoxville, Tenn., July 18 - Bank of America Corp. filed an InterNotes automatic shelf registration in an S-3-ASR filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Bank of America, based in Charlotte, N.C., is a holding company that provides banking and financial services.
