New Issue: Bank of America prices $125 million 30-year InterNotes to yield 6.35%

New York, Dec. 26 - Bank of America Corp. priced $125 million of 30-year InterNotes at par to yield 6.35%, according to a 424B3 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest is payable monthly.

The notes (Aa2/AA-) are callable at par on interest payment dates beginning Dec. 15, 2012.

Banc of America Securities LLC and Incapital, LLC were the joint lead managers and lead agents. Other agents included A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc., Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Edward D. Jones & Co., LP, Merrill Lynch & Co., Morgan Stanley, UBS Securities LLC, Wachovia Securities, LLC and WaMu Investments, Inc.

The bank is based in Charlotte, N.C.
