New Issue: BofA Finance prices $7.35 million digital index-linked notes linked to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., March 20 – BofA Finance LLC priced $7.35 million of 0% digital index-linked notes due June 10, 2026 linked to the performance of the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
If the index finishes at or above its 85% threshold level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 18.7%.
Otherwise, investors will lose 1.17647% for every 1% decline of the index beyond 15%.
