New Issue: BofA prices $1.6 million autocallable enhanced return notes on Russell 2000

Buffalo, N.Y., March 20 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1.6 million of 0% autocallable enhanced return notes due March 19, 2029 linked to the Russell 2000 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

The notes will be automatically called at par plus a 24% call premium if the index closes at or above its initial level on March 19, 2026.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any gain in the index.

Investors will receive par if the index falls by up to 30% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index if it finishes below its 70% threshold.
