New Issue: BofA sells $1.43 million 15.35% contingent income autocallable yield notes on stocks

Chicago, March 20 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1.43 million of contingent income autocallable yield notes due Sept. 5, 2025 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of 3M Co., Amazon.com, Inc. and Walmart Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Investors will receive a coupon of 15.35%, paid monthly, if each underlying stock closes at or above its 70% coupon barrier on the related monthly observation date. Previously unpaid coupons will also be paid.

The securities may be called automatically at par starting in March 2025 at par and on any subsequent monthly determination date if each stock closes above its initial level.
