Columbus, Ohio, Jan. 24 – Bank of America Corp. priced $120 million of 5.5% fixed-rate callable notes due Jan. 23, 2029, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable semiannually and the notes are callable semiannually after one year.
