New Issue: BofA prices $655,000 autocallable notes linked to Russell, Dow, S&P

Chicago, Oct. 24 – BofA Finance LLC priced $655,000 of autocallable notes due April 3, 2028 linked to the least performing of the S&P 500 index, the Russell 2000 index and the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
The notes will be called at par plus 10.75% per year if each index closes at or above its initial level on any annual call valuation date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus 53.75% if each index finishes at or above its initial level.
If the least performing index declines but not more than 70% of its initial level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least performing index from its initial level.
