New Issue: BofA prices $1 million contingent income buffered autocallable yield notes on ETFs

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Aug. 7 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1 million of contingent income buffered autocallable yield notes due Aug. 6, 2026 linked to the least performing of the Invesco QQQ Trust, series 1, iShares Russell 2000 ETF and SPDR S&P 500 ETF Trust, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes will pay a contingent monthly coupon at an annual rate of 9.1% if each ETF closes at or above its coupon barrier, 80% of its initial level, on the observation date for that month.

The notes will be called at par plus the contingent coupon if each ETF closes at or above its initial level on any quarterly observation date.

The payout at maturity will be par unless any ETF finishes below its 80% buffer level, in which case investors will be fully exposed to the losses of the worst performing ETF beyond 20%.

The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.

BofA Securities, Inc. is the selling agent.
