New Issue: BofA prices $1.06 million 10.25% fixed-income issuer callable yield notes on indexes

Chicago, May 19 – BofA Finance LLC priced $1.06 million of 10.25% fixed-income issuer callable yield notes due May 16, 2024 linked to the least performing of the Nasdaq-100 index, the Russell 2000 index and the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be paid monthly.

The notes are callable at par plus a fixed coupon on any monthly determination date after six months.
