New Issue: BofA prices $2.65 million step-up callable notes with 6.25% start rate

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 31 – Bank of America Corp. priced $2.65 million of step-up callable notes due Oct. 28, 2042, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Interest will be 6.25% initially. It will step up to 6.5% on Oct. 28, 2027 and to 7.5% on Oct. 28, 2032. Interest will be payable semiannually.

The notes will be callable at par starting Oct. 28, 2024.

The payout at maturity will be par.
