Bank of America three-year notes talked at 60 bps area spread, eight-year notes at 105 bps area

Los Angeles, June 7 – Bank of America Corp. plans to price three-year notes that are non-callable for two years and eight-year notes that are non-callable for seven years, according to a market source.

Price talk for the three-year notes is in the Treasuries plus 60 basis points area, and talk for the eight-year notes is in the Treasuries plus 105 bps area.

BofA Securities, Inc. is the bookrunner.

The financial services company is based in Charlotte, N.C.
