Olympia, Wash., June 15 – BofA Finance LLC priced $6.22 million of 6.1% trigger callable yield notes due June 15, 2022 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Bank of America Corp.
Interest is payable monthly, starting July 14.
The notes are callable at par on any coupon payment date after three months.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 unless the index finishes below its 55% downside threshold level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline of the index.
