New Issue: BofA sells $15 million step-up callable notes with 2.5% initial rate

Columbus, Ohio, Feb. 25 – Bank of America Corp. priced $15 million of step-up callable notes due Feb. 25, 2030, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The interest rate is 2.5% initially, stepping up to 2.75% on Feb. 25, 2026, to 3% on Feb. 25, 2028 and to 4% on Feb. 25, 2030. Interest is payable semiannually.
The payout at maturity will be par plus any interest due.
Starting Aug. 25, 2021, the notes are callable semiannually at par plus any unpaid interest.
