Sunshine 100 China eyes dollar-denominated notes via three bookrunners

Columbus, Ohio, June 26 – Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd. is planning a dollar-denominated issue of senior notes, according to a company notice.

Haitong International and CCB International are the joint global coordinators and are joined as lead managers and bookrunners by CM Financial.

Proceeds of the Regulation S deal will be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.

The property developer is based in Beijing.
