Sunshine 100 China plans to issue dollar-denominated notes

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 19 – Sunshine 100 China Holdings Ltd. is planning a dollar-denominated issue of senior notes, according to a company notice.

Haitong International, CMBC Capital, China Industrial Securities International and Guotai Junan International are the joint global coordinators and are joined as lead managers and bookrnners by Yue Xiu Securities.

Proceeds will be used to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.

The property developer is based in Beijing.
