Bank of America to sell 0% notes linked to S&P 500, Nikkei

New York, June 28 - Bank of America is planning an issue of 0% senior notes due 2010 linked to the S&P 500 and Nikkei 225 indexes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus the basket return amount. Holders will not receive less than par at maturity.

Banc of America Securities LLC and Banc of America Investment Services, Inc. will be the agents.

Bank of America said it will apply to list the notes under "BOR.L" on the American Stock Exchange.
