New Issue: Bank of America prices $2 million 0.75% Index Cycles linked to Dow Jones Industrial Average

Seattle, March 24 - Bank of America priced a $2 million offering of capital-protected equity performance linked securities in the Index Cycles structure due March 27, 2009 linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be the average level of the Dow Jones index on the three annual valuation dates minus the total of coupon payments over the life of the notes. There is a floor of par.

The valuation dates will be March 22 of 2007, 2008 and 2009.
