Chicago, Aug. 11 - Bank of America priced $3 million of 0% buffered Strategic Equity Exposure Performance Linked Securities due Aug. 13, 2010 linked to an equally weighted basket of four indexes and an exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The basket consists of the Amex Biotechnology index, the Dow Jones Industrial Average, the S&P MidCap 400 index, the Russell 2000 index and the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund.
Payout at maturity will be par plus double any gain in the basket, up to a maximum return of 20%.
If the basket falls by up to 10%, the payout will be par. Investors will be exposed to losses beyond 10%.
