Bank of America to sell 0% notes linked to Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50

New York, Aug. 2 - Bank of America is planning an issue of 0% unsecured senior return-linked notes due 2011 linked to the Dow Jones Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any return on the index. Investors will receive at least par.

Bank of America has applied to list the securities under "BOR.N" on the American Stock Exchange.

Banc of America Securities LLC and Banc of America Investment Services, Inc. will be the agents.
