New Issue: Citigroup sells $1.07 million enhanced barrier digital plus notes on SPDR S&P

Columbus, Ohio, April 1 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.07 million of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due April 1, 2024 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the fund finishes at or above its 80% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 20%.

Otherwise, investors will receive a fixed number of shares of the underlying equal to the equity ratio or a cash equivalent.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
