Columbus, Ohio, March 26 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $332,000 of 0% enhanced barrier digital plus securities due June 25, 2020 linked to the SPDR S&P 500 exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the fund finishes at or above its 85% barrier level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 7%.
Otherwise, investors will receive a fixed number of shares of the underlying equal to the equity ratio or a cash equivalent.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
