HP Pelzer to redeem all €280 million 7½% senior notes due 2021

Norfolk, Va., March 22 – HP Pelzer Holding GmbH called all of its €280 million 7½% senior secured notes due 2021, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed at par plus the applicable premium and accrued interest on April 6, conditioned upon refinancing actions that provide enough cash proceeds to fund the redemption.

Deutsche Trustee Co. Ltd. is the trustee. Deutsche Bank AG, London Branch is the paying agent.

The company manufactures acoustic and thermal components and systems for the automotive sector.
