AAC draws on $125 million facility to fund $35 million acquisition

Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 10 – AAC Holdings, Inc. used cash on hand and borrowings under its $125 million credit facility to fund the acquisition of Oxford Centre, Inc. and its affiliates for $35 million cash, according to a company news release.

Oxford Centre generated revenue of about $12.2 million and adjusted EBITDA of about $5.6 million for the year ended Dec. 31, 2014.

AAC provides inpatient substance abuse treatment services and is based in Brentwood, Tenn.
