New Issue: Bank Negara Indonesia prices $500 million five-year notes to yield 4 3/8%

Portland, Ore., April 26 - PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. priced a $500 million issue of 4 1/8% five-year senior notes (Baa3//BBB-) at 98.888 to yield 4 3/8%, according to a market source.

Credit Suisse, Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley were the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Bank Negara Indonesia is a Jakarta-based financial institution.
