Fitch rates Bank Negara Indonesia bonds BBB-

Fitch Ratings said it assigned PT Bank Negara Indonesia's proposed dollar-denominated senior notes an expected BBB- rating.

Proceeds will be used to support the bank's business growth.

The rating is in line with the bank's issuer default rating of BBB-.

The ratings reflect expectation of likely continuing state support, the agency said. The bank is 60%-owned by government of Indonesia and one of Indonesia's four state-owned banks.
