Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten plans to price $2.5 billion notes

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 21 – Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten NV (Aaa/AAA/AA+) intends to sell $2.5 billion of notes on Wednesday, according to a market source.

Nomura, Barclays, BofA Merrill Lynch and Bank of Montreal are the stabilizing managers for the Rule 144A and Regulation S notes.

The banking services company is based in The Hague, Netherlands.
