Bank Nederlandse sets guidance for benchmark three-year notes; pricing Tuesday

Virginia Beach, Feb. 10 - Bank Nederlandse Gemeenten announced a benchmark-sized offering of three-year notes (Aaa/AA+/AAA) on Monday to price on Tuesday, according to a market source.

Initial guidance for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal is set in the mid-swaps plus "high teens" basis points area.

The bookrunners are BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., RBS Securities Inc. and TD Securities.

The local government funding agency is based in the Hague, the Netherlands.
