Fitch affirms, withdraws AIG International

Fitch Ratings said it affirmed and withdrew the A- issuer default rating assigned to AIG International, Inc.

The outlook was negative at the time of withdrawal.

The agency said it withdrew the rating for commercial reasons.

American International Group, Inc.'s ratings are not affected, Fitch said.
