New Issue: Credit Suisse prices $600,000 knock-out notes linked to Weatherford

Chicago, Oct. 21 – Credit Suisse AG, London Branch priced $600,000 of 0% knock-out notes due Nov. 4, 2015 linked to the Weatherford International plc shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If Weatherford stock finishes at or above the 67.5% knock-out level, the payout at maturity will be the fixed payment percentage of 10%.

Otherwise, investors will receive par plus the stock return with full exposure to losses.

J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and JPMorgan Chase Bank, NA are the placement agents.
