S&P pulls Gemini from watch

S&P said it affirmed Gemini HDPE LLC’s BB issue rating and removed it from CreditWatch with negative implications. The agency assigned a negative outlook.

Ineos Group Holdings SA owns and is the guarantor of the tolling obligation. S&P’s rating actions on Gemini reflect its recent actions on Ineos, the agency said.
