Synchrony Financial to price notes due 2027 via three bookrunners

Tupelo, Miss., Nov. 28 – Synchrony Financial plans to price 10-year senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Tuesday.

Barclays, Mizuho Securities USA LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.

Synchrony is a consumer financial services company based in Stamford, Conn.
