AIG to price fixed-rate notes via three global coordinators

Los Angeles, March 23 – American International Group, Inc. is offering fixed-rate notes, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will feature an optional make-whole call, followed by an optional par call.
Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and BofA Securities, Inc. are the joint global coordinators.
Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.
Sullivan & Cromwell LLP will act as counsel for the issuer. Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP will be counsel for the underwriters.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the repurchase of common stock and the retirement of debt.
