Crown European Holdings to pay down bank debt with notes proceeds

New York, April 27 – Crown European Holdings SA plans to refinance bank debt using proceeds from a €600 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

Crown is a Paris-based manufacturer of packaging products for consumer goods.
