Crown European to pay down term loans with notes proceeds

New York, Nov. 30 – Crown European Holdings SA plans to partially repay its senior secured term loans using proceeds from a €500 million senior notes offering, according to a market source.

The notes offering, which was upsized from €400 million, will also be used for general corporate purposes.

Crown is a designer, manufacturer and seller of packaging products for consumer goods and industrial products.
