By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., June 26 – Hellenic Petroleum set initial yield talk for its €300 million offering of five-year senior notes in the 5¾% area, according to a market source.

The Regulation S-only deal is expected to price by the end of the week.

Global coordinator Credit Suisse will bill and deliver. Barclays is also a global coordinator.

Alpha Bank, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank, Eurobank and NBG Securities are the joint lead managers.

The notes come with three years of call protection.

The Athens-based petroleum refiner plans to use the proceeds to refinance debt.
