Mill Creek CLO issues April 20 redemption notice for secured notes

Chicago, April 5 – Mill Creek CLO, Ltd. said it will redeem its secured notes on April 20.

Holders will receive 100% of the outstanding amount plus accrued interest to the redemption date, according to a notice.

The subordinated notes will not be redeemed.

Mill Creek CLO, LLC is the co-issuer.

Wells Fargo Bank, NA is the trustee.
