Poland’s BGK selects banks, sets meetings for dual-tranche offering of euro-denominated notes

New York, May 14 – Poland’s Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego has mandated banks and scheduled fixed-income investor meetings for euro-denominated seven- and 12-year notes, according to market sources.

In addition to BGK, the State Development Bank of the Republic of Poland has selected Deutsche Bank, HSBC, JPMorgan and Societe Generale to arrange the meeting in Europe staring on Tuesday.

The benchmark sized dual tranches are to be sold under Regulation S.

The lender is based in Warsaw.
